“Typical mid-range, rural conference hotel. Archaic procedures that required you to head to the reception every single time that you wanted to use fitness facilities or pool. Correct, if not very friendly service. Overpriced, but decent restaurant (besides the pub five minutes walk away, the only dining option around here). Hotel had just reopened after holidays so Wi-Fi wasn't functioning for the first 24 hours. Blimey.”

“I booked a feature room, which was outstanding. Took my entire team here for a celebration. The hotel is beyond exceptional, and staff can't do enough for you. A few things to note the sauna and steam room are both cold. They need to do something about this for guests. I spent over £3000 with the five rooms that were booked.
