“We recently had a great stay at Gem Stansted and would highly recommend it! The hotel has a wonderful, distinct boutique feel—it's immediately charming and comfortable.
We were fortunate to have a room with a terrace and a beautiful four-poster bed, which really elevated the experience.
What truly made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating; honestly, nothing was too much for them. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out.
