“This was a great location for me to visit Galashiels. Its a lovely old manse building with nice clean big rooms and comfy beds. The owners of the guest house were on site, very friendly and welcoming. I had a sound night's sleep and woke to a lovely cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. I couldn't fault my stay. There is plenty parking but lots of free street parking nearby anyway so no issues there. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“This accommodation is very well located in the Kelso town square and within easy walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants.The bakery to the left of the front door is outstanding for home cooked morning rolls and beautiful cakes. Apartment 1 is spacious, clean and has everything you need despite the furnishings being a bit dated. Note this accommodation may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs to all rooms. This is a great base for trips to Lindisfarne,Bamburgh...

“La primera noche no había calefacción, afuera 4ºC; agua caliente sólo para una persona, el somier eran 4 tablas literal, el colchón de muelles y sin nada de acolchado, parecía de principios de siglo pasado. Durante 4 días no vimos a nadie encargado del alojamiento, los cubos de basura de la cocina llenos por 3 días; las toallas sin cambiar, mucha suciedad en el suelo de la cocina y debajo de los sofás del salón, porque ayudamos a buscar un móvil de un cliente y había basura y mucho polvo debajo....

“Muy buena ubicación, el bus 11 te deja en la puerta y el tranvía desde el aeropuerto tiene parada a pocos minutos. Habitación pequeña pero suficiente y el baño completo. Estuve muy contenta, repetiría”
