“Me gusto la amplitud de las habitaciones, su limpieza y fácil accesibilidad a los servicios prestados por el hotel. No me gusto que no funcionara adecuadamente el agua caliente de la ducha, ni que la temperatura de la habitación fuera tan baja. Situaciones que se arreglaron prontamente. El servicio a estos inconvenientes por el personal del hotel fue rápido y oportuno. Servicio excelente. Gracias.”

“Rooms are old and have been lived. A lot of rust, broken furniture, bathrooms need a remodel. Hot water yes, very hot, cold water was hard to get as the shower was stuck on hot, almost burned myself. All in all heavily lived. Shops are close, free parking for up to 3 cars. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. But again heavily lived. Free WiFi. Beds are not that great. Good for a night or two maximum.”

“Was already packed and in Slough to check in and was told at 430pm on the day of check in that my booking had been cancelled even though I paid for it in full 2months prior!! NO email or call or notification was given to me that it had been cancelled!! The owner was no help and had no clue as to why the payment hadn't reached him even though the monies were deducted from my account!! Absolute disgrace!! Avoid at all costs!!”

“Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it.
