“The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”

The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

Only negative (unless you are a trainspotter) is the adjacent railway line but trains are no more frequent than about one every 10 minutes and don't run through the night. Already planning a return visit.”

“The property was clean and presented well. It was a nice touch with the welcome basket and milk tea/coffee. There were shops/restaurants close by and about. 10 min walk to take buses/trains to other parts of Cornwall. A couple of negatives but not a big deal is that we had to buy toilet paper as we were only left with one spare roll for our 5 night stay. There were roadworks right outside the house every day for the five days.. work crews would show up with machines and start working at...
