Property nice but super busy

The hotel staff were super helpful and kind with all our questions. It was an easy commute to our cruise ship. Close to Pikes market and a few minutes walk to the transit system. The rooms are clean and comfy. .

The room was spotless, and I really liked the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. Unfortunately, the valet experience wasn’t great. It felt like some guests were being helped before others, and I ended up waiting until last to be assisted. I was also disappointed to find that the linens weren’t as clean as I expected, with a few noticeable soiled spots. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its location, but the valet service and linen cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Loveeeeeed staying here after our visit to the national parks. Very comfortable, the room was clean, updated and comfortable. Got to step out on the balcony to see over the city and just relax after an eventful week. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again visiting Seattle.
