I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at this Hotel. While the staff members were exceptionally professional and helpful, I found the room accommodations to be lacking. The dark gray paint made the space feel significantly dim. Additionally, the room was missing several essential amenities, including hand soap, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an iron. The bathroom needs remodel. Given the current state of the facilities, I would consider the hotel suitable only for a brief overnight stay rather than an extended visit. I hope you find this feedback constructive for future improvements.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was clean and I had no problems. The motel was older, but worth the stay. It is by the airport and by the metro. Very accommodating. Has a free shuttle the your airline terminal.

I would not recommend a stay here. The staff were okay but not the most welcoming or friendly. From the outside this looked to be in a rough area and in poor shape. The lobby was updated some and felt good. The property overall smelled old and had carpeting throughout that made my skin crawl. I would not want my daughter walking bare foot here. My room was okay, bed was nothing special the tv was mounted about 4-5’ from the center of the bed so you had to crank you neck to watch anything plus it was old and small tv. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold. The gas stations/ restaurants around the hotel were poor. Traffic was okay but the streets of Seattle just seem to spaghetti all over. I was I Yakima Washington which if you know you know and Yakima’s hotel was much cheaper and much better from the staff through the hotel itself. I would say the cleaners were much more friendly than the front counter. But I will never stay here again.

Only slight issue with our stay here is that they forgot to change our towels and take out our trash, despite asking them to. However, the hotel is a great place to stay for a decent price if your visiting. There’s a 7/11 up the road, a free shuttle to and from the airport, the link right across the street, and a Dennys just a couple blocks away. The staff was also very helpful and sweet, especially the shuttle guy.
