“I made the reservation for the wrong day by accident. I called immediately after hitting reserved wanting to switch it to the correct day and willing and ready to pay the difference. They still had two of the exact room available for the day I needed and they were of no help. Would not offer me a refund or to just use that day's balance towards the date I actually needed.
I called the hotel directly and I called Expedia who told me they also called the hotel directly”
