“We loved staying at the Konkret, the staff were so friendly and the food was great, while a limited menu we were happy with our daily breakfast. The location was good, just away from the hussle of the main street but an easy few min walk. The downstairs area was nice to relax in, no issues with bugs, my only comment would be we all struggled with the firm mattress. We would love to stay again and home to revisit!”

“This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay.”

“Very good service. Do note that we had a plumbing issue in our villa which caused it to smell like sewage upstairs. It wasn't resolved so we switched villas (the staff here are lovely) and luckily the new one was great. They give you complimentary snacks, and the breakfast is good! I enjoyed the location and amenities. There is a lot of construction noise around. Not the villas fault but definitely something a bit frustrating and less relaxing.”
