“Good service and nice location”

“I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. ”

“No elevator. Had to lug baggage 2 floors all the time. Not convenient. Room is good though.”

“Muy buen cuarto, buen desayuno, detalles no coumunes de comfort en el cuarto. Alta calidad de atencion del personal en general. Ubicacion mas bien aislada, pero lo hace tranquilo. De facil acceso al aeropuerto y a ciudades proximas, ya que queda cercano a autopista, y a 1 km de estacion de trenes”

“Personale gentile e servizi in linea con la categoria. La camera era sporca, biancheria macchiata e insetti sul letto e a terra.”
