Worst experience ever!!!

My one night stay was very unpleasant. While I was trying to have my sleep, someone (2 Malay women from local) were banging the door and shouting outside next to my room in the middle of the night. It was too noisy and disturbing until I have to go out and ask them to leave immediately. Toilet/bathroom was terrible, smell of underground sewage, can't bear the smell when showering. This hotel is over-rated as 3 star hotel. I would rate as 2 star or below. Not recommended, thumbs down!!!

OK tp perlu penambahbaikan segera!

Sebelum ni pernah menginap,mmg OK.Namun dukacita kali ni,perlu penambahbaikan bbrpa perkara iaitu sediakan staff kaunter Checkin (perlu yg mahir,tidak cuai,cepat).sy book 3bilik.Checkin dkt 12pm,mereka sediakan 1bilik dulu dn 2bilik lg dlm proses mgemas.sy maklumkn mereka spy maklumkn kpd sy bila da ready dn bukan mberikan bilik sy tu kpd pelanggan lain.1pm sy kluar jln2 d luar,dn mklumkn mereka call sy bila ready dn mereka kata iya tahu.balik ke hotel 3pm bila tnya xda pun lg dn mereka kata tunggu ja dlm proses tanpa apa2 makluman knapa smpi skrg bilik sy tidak siap selama 1jam30minit tunggu di lobby.sedangkn jm12pm mereka kata dlm proses.nmpk sgt dorg da bg bilik pd org lain sbb blk2 sy tnya staff IMAH yg janji kpd sy dlm proses mgemas pd 12pm tu, dia diam diri dgn muka resah. Jika proses checkin lambat,sila sediakan voucher atau minuman@makanan sbg ganti rugi sementara menunggu,bukan biar pelanggan menunggu berjam2 tnpa status dr staff dn langsung xda ganti rugi dn sila sediakn staff yg berpengetahuan dn mahir di kaunter checkin.Semua pintu bilik pginapan perlu tukar kpd padlock yg baru&pastikan kunci manual ada krn spjg menginap di sana,sy tpaksa turun naik bbrp kali ke kaunter utk reset kad dn semasa hari terakhir sblm checkout paling teruk sy hadapi krn hampir tlepas flight gara2 xdpt buka bilik utk ambil brg n chekout sbb kad auto tidak dpt guna

This hotel is not good

It's not good at this time. I think Last 2 years ago, this hotel was better than this time. Have TV but can not see anything. I have booked room and breakfast, but breakfast has not anything more to eat. I feel not good...

Simple & nice hotel.

It's my regular stay. At least once a year at this Frenz Hotel. So far the few years ago visit is excellence but after my last visit on 7-9 Jan 2017 the room condition, facilities cleanliness drop tremendously. But the Staff service still excellence. For the tv channel only can watch 3 channels like Fox movies and sports but not the local channels not available.

BILIK 511 YANG paling saya keciwa, tingkap telah di lock utk keselamatan. sy kira tak apalah.. memang biasa TAPI ia ditutop pemandangannya. MAKA saya berasa dalam tahanan penjara , tak dapat lihat dunia luar, rasa sangat rimas... APABILA berehat tentu nak tonton TV semua channel tak dapat siaran dengan baik, ... sepatutnya perkara basic, iaitu kemudahan TV adalah perkara asas yg perlu dititik beratkan. TAPi semua siaran tidak dapat gambar yg baik. sgt keciwa..... SANGAT KECIWA dengan TV.. rasa nak baling ke dinding!!! duit dah melayang lebih RM300....

Great quality service from Frenz Hotel

A pleasant stay at Frenz hotel. Warm & friendly service by the staff. Modern furnishings & lightings. Nice ambience. Good housekeeping. Hotel is well-situated to nearby shopping areas as well accessible to other places in KL by public transport i.e. the LRT system. Except that the room that we booked in has no view, everything else is ok.

We never expect it to be memorable. But the prompt service and very helpful and skill staffs really an eye opener. Fantastic location bubbling with activities makes it easy and saving a lot of time. From the bottom of our hearth.....a very big thank you.
