“Easy to park, even though it was busy when we arrived (8pm on a Sat Eve), and received a warm welcome at Reception. Room adequate for what were required - a place to stay for a night - but could have been paid a bit more attention - the two chairs in the room were looking tired and threadbare. Bed a little uncomfortable for our liking, so not a great nights sleep for us.”

Hotel furnished to a very high standard
Great breakfast and food in the restaurant with friendly staff
But my Comfy Double Room was high up in a new build at the back of the car park away from the river and was very hot and stuffy. A fan was provided but one would expect aircon.”

“I didn’t use any of the amenities apart from the function rooms which were quite nice but the rooms were quite shabby and quite dirty…dusty with marks on paintwork and hairs left in the sink and shower…unpleasant. I would not stay again or recommend.”
