“The staff at this property were extremely nice and friendly. The journey from Kigali however was stressful. I recommend renting a jeep or a car with high tires as the roads leading to the accommodation are bad. ”

The food is excellent (from the local vegetable and fruit garden) and rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The downsides are 11 km of dirt track in poor condition (allow extra 10-15 min relative to google maps estimate) and rooms can be too warm at night (24C at night, no aircon) ”

Le personnel est disponible et professionnel. La vue est superbe. Le seul point noir : le bruit, vu que l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la route. Il faut très difficile de trouver le sommeil à cause des camions qui circulaient à proximité.”

“Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills. I loved everything about this trip.”
