“I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on. Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to leave early to continue my journey so did not have time to try out the breakfast offered.”

“Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.”

“Wonderful place to stay for our first night. Charity and the team were amazing and organized an impromptu trip to the Botanical Gardens for us as well. “The stay was comfortable and the AC was amazing. Some things to note: The room was not soundproof at all (despite what the listing states), we could hear every conversation at the front desk. Maybe other rooms are different, but ours was right off the front lobby. The water took over 10 minutes to warm, so I took 2 cold showers assuming there wasn’t any hot water. There are not digital channels on the TV, there are 3 channels only and one is completely static. TV is too old to have an HDMI, so...
