“Curtains needed a clean, some dubious marks on them. Bathroom in room 1 is accessible but the shower pan isn't deep enough and floor was swimming. A few little bits of decor need looking at and the door to bathroom don't stay closed unless you lock it The fan in the room was very noisy and also wobbly”

“It pains me to write a review and a hotel I’ve always admired as I’ve driven past. On Thursday, the 3rd of September I booked three colleagues into this hotel. One of those needed an accessible room. I was somewhat taken a back on Friday morning when reviewing with my colleagues in a meeting about the hotel and the person who needed the accessible room felt degraded due to the Manager that was on duty when they arrived.
