“I called a few days ahead of our stay to let them Know that my daughter was celebrating her 16th birthday on that day and if they could do anything special for this. They said they couldn’t as they only provide champagne for adults and they are very busy so won’t have time. I suggested maybe a small card and a few chocolates just as a welcome gesture. “Really excellent hotel and well-located in the middle of Lyme Regis. Unfortunately because of the heat the pool wasn't open, but that didn't matter because the sea was clean and great to swim in. The breakfasts were excellent, and staff very friendly. Highly recommend.”

“We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk.
