Vacations Close To Keys History & Discovery Center

Close proximity to the beach. Everyrhing is a bit run down but still good. Worst part was after checkout a few items were left behind in the refirgerator. I returned to collect and was told it must have already been taken by housekeeping.

Staff members very helpful and the resort and rooms very clean , the pool was amazing

Balcony had a Broken door , no privacy and dirty chairs. Had a false evacuation with no explanation or direction. Dirty cans of beers. From the pictures looks beautiful but Very run down Closed pool so everyone was in the other one Accused of smoking in room n elevator. Checked out early and was not given any refund or accommodations . Called general manager he said he could not help with anything.
