“Room with a great simple heating system ”

“Friendly people, arrived too late for food, but there's a decent Chinese right next door. Room and bathroom clean and spacious, slept well. Had a quick continental breakfast, very reasonable, cooked also available. Quick, friendly, good stay”

“We stayed in Barley Cottage across the road from the hotel. It was fantastic for the 4 of us that stayed there. Staff are very attentive. The food in the hotel was excellent. Especially the breakfast. Lovely cosy bar and restaurant. Could not have asked for a nicer nights stay in the peak district. ”
