From stepping through the door they made us feel welcome. Nikki upgraded our room and changed our tv as the one in the room needed re-tuning. “Our room was lovely, and the house hotel is absolutely stunning. From here, we could see CatBells Mountain and Fitz Park, where people were playing golf. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking is right next to the building. All are excellent.”
