“Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem.”

“Our stay regrettably wasn’t good given the faulty fire alarm going off at 6.45am and slow management reaction to resolve. What should have been a relaxing overnight stay wasn’t as a result. No real apology or refund for that matter offered! Everything else was okay but not the level of other reviews we expected.”

“Great staff, very friendly always happy to help.”

“The host was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. Breakfast had lots of choices for different appetites. My room was lovely with a fan for the heat, plenty of tea, coffee, etc. and a powerful shower. All in all a great place to visit.”
