“I booked two connecting family rooms. Whilst the rooms were clean and nice, we saw an insect crawling on the floor. Also, the bathrooms were quite cramped, especially if one was 6 ft tall. My initial impression of the bathroom was good, but I found it to be too small when I actually used it.”

“La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. ”

“I would have loved to have given a 10/10 but unfortunately whilst the property is great value for a stop over and breakfast was good, there is a drainage issue, and the bathrooms in the 2 rooms we booked smelt strongly of blocked drains as did the car parking area so clearly a problem that needs to be resolved. Apart from that everything was good.”

“Ubicación cercana a la Universidad, un restaurante al lado, atentos, pero poco personal, y la limpieza de la habitación muy básica, no te cambian toallas y demás, es decir más estilo europeo que americano. Pero en general bastante aceptable!! Hay servicio de restaurante , bar y TV !!”

“Room and all areas of hotel were very clean, bed very comfortable and beautiful location by the river in a quiet area. Room had everything you’d need. The hotel and room in particular does need a little TLC. Furniture old and worn, carpet in room needed replacing and walls could do with a new lick of paint. Grounds have seen better days but have a lot of potential.”

“Staff very helpful as we had to change Club rooms as there was an issue with the toilet in our room. The room was changed in the afternoon, I did leave my new mains multi charger and lead for my apple phone in the room when I checked out but when I phoned the hotel up the next day it had not been handed into reception. I was not happy at all as my partner and myself were certain we left it there. There was also children jumping into the pool and using the jacuzzi when we used the facilities...
