Antony was exceptionally helpful - he recommended beaches, restaurants, rental companies; regularly checked in with how our stay was going, shared tea and cake with us, and drove us to and from the airport. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would recommend!”

“I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

“Although ours was stated as a seaview, it wasn't really, just a very slight glimpse through a bush, but we were ground floor. Also, just 2 nts so not an issue but pointing out in case it's important to you. The apartment was fine for a night or 2, spacious but a bit old fashioned. The kettle didn't work but i borrowed a neighbours and didn't want to complain again as they kindly got the internet fixed when we arrived.
