“Very good food, very confortable room, excellent facilities but thay had to solve wifiless at the rooms, improve both the choice and the signal of TV channels and it will be great to dispose and own MINIbus to transport guest to KARDAMENA town.”

“Very charming historical hotel with wonderful hosts. Central location and close to the port. Highly recommended.”

“Modern comfortable and spotless. Owner and all Staff were so helpful, special mention to Summer in pool bar. Very comfortable beds. Stunning pool and beach with a spectacular view. Great hairdryer and very nice toiletries. Minifridge very good and rooms have kettle and nespresso machine. Peaceful pool area. Note the swim up rooms dont get sun all day but theres plenty of other areas to sunbathe in afternoons. Food was good with good variety each day. Breakfast was excellent, could be...

“This was probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The hosts and staff were fantastic and really provide everything you need. The apartment was really unique in terms of design but had everything you needed. It was spotlesssly clean and we had toiletries, and dishwashing items provided. We had tea and coffee making essentials and they were replenished daily. We had shocking weather on our last day but the host very kindly let us have the room a little longer than the usual check...

“The most amazing experience I ever had, from the moment you walked into the establishment you are greeted with the upmost respect and appreciation by the manager Irine and the whole staff. I stayed at many establishments, but Evanik takes it to a different level of hospitality service Thank you for everything and I will definitely see you soon again Nick M”

“Camera esteticamente molto bella, peccato per il cambio asciugamani (mai avvenuto, anche in presenza di capi a terra sporchi e bagnati). Troppo corti gli orari di accesso alla piscina (10.00-18.00). Buono il cibo e la varietà delle proposte. Super gli aperitivi. Tutto il personale super cortese. Ottima la posizione, praticamente sulla spiaggia.”

“Staff were extremely friendly and attentive.”

“The hotel is good but far from the luxury concept that they want to sell.”

“Eva is a fantastic host—a solution-oriented professional who makes life easier. She will be my only stop on the island of Kos from now on.”

“Everything was excellent except for the animation team. Unfortunately, the animation team seemed more focused on entertaining themselves than engaging with the guests. None of the activities scheduled for the kids’ club were carried out. The children were only given painting papers. Offering a wider variety of fun and interactive activities for children would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“The all inclusive stops at 11pm, water is not provided in the room daily, mini bar is chargeable, no drawers in the room. Buffet food was at best tepid but generally cold. Speciality restaurants charged for drink. AI stopped at 11am on day of departure irrespective of when you arrive. To stay for lunch was €10 each, €20 if you stayed for dinner. A 5 star hotel is supposed to elevate your stay, not take the edge off your holiday. Big plus was the general staff were brilliant.”
