“I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!”

3. Breakfast is not so good and not well planned. Quality of food is not good except the bread & the salad bar. Coffee beans (Benguet) has perhaps been brewed several times, as it taste like colored water. Strawberry jam is full of solidified sugar.
Suggest to Improve on the breakfast menu!!!”
