“The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. “Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help. “I missed not having face cloths in the bathroom. Also light from the outside security light came in through the side of blind at night which disturbed our sleep. The room was very clean & beds were comfortable. Parking availability was excellent & noise from the hotel was minimal. Would definitely stay again.”
