“Everything great!”

“Very fortunate to be the guest on a grand opening of the hotel. We only found out after checking in! The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and the rooms were delightful. We only planned to stay there for one night but we just had to stay for another because the room and the view and the people in the accommodations were so amazing, top-notch five star. Personally, our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at.”

“Excellent hotel, 100% recommended!”

“It's a 3 stars Hotel, so don't expect too much. Rooms needs improvements and better attention to cleaning. Didn't expect that in a Japanese hotel! Breakfast was below average but ok. Just can say the receptionist was great”

“Very nice hotel with very nice view. It’s right in the heart of shinjuku and 8-9 min walking to shinjuku station. They have a great shuttle to the airport which makes it very convenient for your last days in Japan. The only reaps. I give it 4 stars is because not fan of the breakfast buffet. This si second time I stayed there and declined the option this time. Overall a great hotel.”
