“Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc.
Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)”

“We have been staying at this hotel for almost every trip to JB. It’s value for money and within walking distance from the CIQ. One thing to note is that even if you have placed the “do not disturb” sign, they will still enter and do the basic housekeeping.”
