“The location is great. It is just 15min from JB CIQ. There are many food options and Jaya Grocer is available for other needs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is extremely comfortable with lots of amenities. Main complaint is the noise. I stayed on the 13rd floor on Friday and Saturday. The motorcycle noise from the road (apartment facing a major road) is unbearable. It continued until 2 to 3am on both night. I initally thought there was a F1 bike race but it is just heavy...

Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do.”

They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!”

“The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted.”

“Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”
