“I booked the property but upon arrival, the host is uncontactable and we have to wait under the hot sun for more than 30 minutes before being able to contact the host. After contacting, the host claimed that it has been reserved for another family even though payment has been made. A total waste of time.”

“Check in was terrible. Knew we would arrive late (11:30pm). Security took ages checking form from owner. Didn’t get into the apartment until 1am.
Everything else was fine - massive bed, can easily sleep 4 very very comfortably.
Shower head was a little broken but fine. Tap leaks but again, fine.
The apartment was great and would have loved to stay for longer.
Just need to keep in mind the check in…”
