The Room windows can’t be closed. Air condition doesn’t work. We changed our the room. But other room air condition doesn’t work too. I utterly not recommend that staying there any condition.

Regarding Expedia Errore I booked 2 time.one with payment,other without payment. I called supporing team and asked tem to cancelled that one without payment cuz pax have not cash. But support team refunded my payment reserve and ask pax to pay at property.

2 gün otelde kaldım ikisindede ayrı ayrı odada kaldım ilk kaldığım oda güzeldi ikinci gün kaldığım oda temizdi ama eksik çoktu tv renk bozuk ekran kayıyor dolapta askılık yok banyo duş baslığı yerinde durmuyor bir eksik daha vardı onu unuttum ikinci akşamdan hiç memnun kalmadım açıkçası

Giriş+Karşılama çok iyiydi. İstediğim odayı verdiler. Tertemiz oda ve tasarım, yatak konforu, sessizlik, kahvaltı çeşitliliği, çalışanların güler yüzlü olması, gün içi ve akşam restoran bölümünden dilediğiniz kadar kahve makinesinden içecek ikramı (+taze çay da var), oda temizliği, lokasyon (market ve Kâmil Koç terminale 2 dk mesafede oluşu) , toplu taşımalara 1 dk uzaklık, 7/24 açık restoranlar (+akşam yemek sepeti ile sipariş verebilirsiniz) ... Oteli öneririm. Ben iş gezilerim için kullanıyorum. Aile içinde uygun bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Görseldeki odalar genelde olmuyor, daha basic odalar mevcut oluyor. Odanın kapısında kilitte sıkıntı vardı kapanmıyordu, resepsiyondan yardım istedik. Başka uygun oda olmadığı için ya bir üst tür oda için ekstra ödeme yapmamızı istediler ya da kapıyı zorla kaldırarak kitlenebileceğini bu şekilde kullanabileceğimizi ilettiler. Kapıyı yukarı kaldırarak sıkıştırarak kapamak durumunda kaldık.

Camın kapalı olmasına rağmen oda çok fazla soğuktu. Ve çok ses vardı yan ve üst odalardaki tüm sesler odama geliyordu aile için uygun bir otel değil ahlaki değerlere sahip değil. Odaya ilk girdiğimde daha önceki misafirden kalma yapılmış çay vardı onu temizlememişlerdi havlu ve yatak örtüsü de kirliydi
