Comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Decent air con which is definitely needed. Good shower and housekeeping every day even when not requested. Unable to open windows to freshen room. Good location for bus to

The room was very small. Temperature was one extreme or the other requiring constant adjustment. No microwaves available in room or lobby. Staff was very helpful. Everything was clean. Complimentary amenities were thoughtful. The fragrance used in the entryway and lobby were overpowering to the point of being sickening but thankfully not present in rooms. I would recommend this hotel for the excellent location. Minutes walk from the two train stations; great restaurant, bakeries, and cheap eats nearby. Convenient drop off and pick up by uber.

Terrible staff

Room is spacious, clean. Good amenities- gym, pool, steam and sauna. Close to transportation. Monk Kok East train station is through the back of the hotel. My second time staying at the hotel.
