Really like the club lounge and staff at the club lounge were very friendly and helpful. Worth paying more for a harbour view room. Reception staff were a bit off and on, sometimes friendly, sometimes indifferent. We were not assisted with our luggage when we were leaving, which was not good since we had a lot of suitcases and my husband had to carry them up the stairs.
