My room was cleaned and bedding was done every day. But some furniture items needed to be upgraded to be honest. I found the staff are very helpful especially the concierge team. My flight was cancelled and my luggage was delayed by the airline. The concierge team stepped in to explain and direct me where to get some items of clothing and personal items before the shops closed as I arrived late in the evening. Their service is excellent.
