“The first room they put us in was not nice at all, it mainly overlooked the car park and the full height glazing did not give us any privacy. Everyone walking by, could see straight into our room and the private pool. We asked to be moved to another room, they moved us the following day. The new room was lovely but was also a few issues in the new room, the shower door needed repairing because it a loud noise every time it was opened/closed, the face mirror light did not work, the motorized...

“The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there. The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad. We couldn't try the Greek one (Meze) because it was fully booked. That seems like a big issue at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and...
