Isla del Rey Vacation Packages for 2026

I love the location and the price. There is a lot of food options within walking distance. Street vendors and a great pizza restaurant. The check in was ok because I was on a 18 hour layover . A red flag for me was when I was checking in another guest complained about the room ac. When I got to my room I had the same issue. The room was not cooling. I checked in at 630pm and checked out by 3 am.

We like everything about this hotel. The hotel is even better than in pictures. Great location in the heart of Casco Viejo. Customer service is amazing.

Great location, easy access to the coffee shop, restaurants, fast food and multiplaza mall. The breakfast, staff, room and amenities excellent!

I loved the modern decor in the bedrooms and the lobby. However the bathroom is outdated. The toilet seat was old and discolored and the bedrooms could use a bit more lighting.

The room was clean. The bed was too firm for me and the pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. There was no coffee available for guests after breakfast and when I asked they told me there was coffee in my room. I requested bottled water for the room to make the coffee and it never came. Overall we were happy with the hotel. The pool was fine although it had leaves in it from the trees. The gym area is nice but the water dispenser was completely empty when we were there. The location is good as there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
