“I checked in at 3 pm, 5 hours later and other couple was given the key to my room and they came in while I was there. We did get that straightened out, was an employee’s mistake. Other than the floors being dirty and microwave dirty as well, the beds were horrible, one sank in in the middle and the other, which I slept in, was so hard and lumpy I woke up aching from my neck, mid back, lower back and hips on both sides. On the plus side, my car didn’t get broken into.”
