“Beautiful property in an amazing setting supported by very helpful staff ”

“Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!”

“The Townhouse was the best place we could have landed upon our arrival to Scotland. Our room was immaculate & the bed was very comfy, which we needed with the big time change. Allison was a wonderful host & breakfast was delicious. We loved exploring the area... it was located on a quiet residential street, but still within walking distance of many good restaurants & shops. We would not stay anywhere else upon our return to Ayr. Highly recommend this lovely boutique B&B!”
