“Owners were delightful - kind, hospitable,and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat each day (especially since I didn’t have to cook or clean up). And location was very convenient to Geneva, Auburn, Seneca Falls (great history!), and Watkins Glen. And, of course, lots of wineries. My room was big and bathroom huge. Slept 9-10 hours each night - much needed. Highly recommend for a weekend away.”

“With about 17,000 B&Bs in the U.S., it’s pretty easy to find one wherever you travel.The challenge is to find a good one. We’ve found a really GREAT one. Burdett House in Burdett, N.Y., outside Watkins Glen has all of the requisites for its status.
The charming multi-story house is a throwback to an earlier time with classic charm. It’s location was perfect for our daily excursions. And the best part was Ashley and Dave, the owners and hosts. Oh, and let’s not forget Hudson the house...
