“Wonderful setting, plenty of parking, Room very clean and impressively decorated, though peeling decorative strips on the wardrobe door detracted a little. Breakfast excellent and service and breakfast first class. The same could not be said for evening service on our first night in the Elements restaurant - 2 1/4 hours for two courses and we had to go ask for the dessert menu was unacceptable. “Todo muy cómodo”

“Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!”

“Friendly staff and welcoming however only downside was the noise from the corridor when other guests were shutting doors and walking up and down. Doors slammed and awoke me in a panic a few times as well hearing people outside very clearly. Maybe the door seals need looking at?”
