“Very dated and run down hotel, rooms needing an urgent refurbishment. There is a pub with a function room that are part of the hotel, where loud music continues playing until quite late. Location is ok, breakfast had the very basic and while some hot options were ok, others were very underwhelming. Overall, there’s way better options at similar night rates. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“Staff on checking in were polite and dhowed us toom and facilities. Room was small , clean but personally it wasnt eorth the price we were charged. Booked breakfast but was informed it wasn't available until 8.30am and ee had to leave earlier than that do even thought id osud extra gor breakfast and fid inform thrn upon arrival, we werent offered reductions.”

“Confirmed booking and yet when reaching rhe hotel was told hotel had no rooms available as they were over booked. Staff very unhelpful.and u friendly . Eventually after my wife and two kids had been.elft in reception for over an hour with no information or anywhere to go at midnight they were given a room with camp beds. Woukd never stay again and this place and.management are a jokeresponse from.management team was a sorry.”

“Outstanding in every respect. Wonderful friendly staff in every department. Wonderful food and clean, comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. Our stay was an absolute treat in every way. Ideal for our visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.”
