“We had a really lovely stay at the hotel last night and overall were very impressed. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and everything was clean and well presented. Our only disappointment was the spa facilities, which unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations. There was only a steam room, a small pool which was quite busy with children, and two heated sun loungers. We were hoping for a more relaxing spa...

“It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

“Absolutely rip off , no WiFi no proper lighting in room , the smell off num is still on my staff ,horrible service at breakfast, this is ripp off and going to report it as well.”

“Brilliant stay here, and the most amazing helpful chap on reception who did everything he could to ensure our stay went to plan. We normally stay at the nearby Cheshford Grange hotel but thought we’d give this hotel a try as close to showjumping champs at Stoneleigh Park and needed a room for 3 people. The room was clean, beds were huge, nice shower and had aircon. The food was also fantastic - recommend the curry which is authentic. Unbelievable price too, we will be back!”
