“If you are booking the Pods ensure you arrive before the park closes as there are no staff on site, the entrance to the hotel is closed the security guided us to pods alter we were unable to gain access as we didn’t have keys. Avoid staying here there is no staff, no phone number no one to help.”

“This is not a 4star hotel as described, it’s just a tired old pub that has some accommodation. The ‘deluxe’room that we had booked had stained carpets,sofa and cushions and was very basic. The two small bath towels and one hand towel provided were frayed. The menu is very basic in the pub. I had a pizza that was inedible as it tasted mouldy and looked horrible.
