“Liked the comfortable bed. Did not like being on a corridor which led to the door to the main staircase. this meant that the door was slamming regularly from 7.00am onwards. One receptionist, Jane was very good and kind and helpful. Another was frankly unhelpful and dismissive. I was advised to run both hot and cold taps in both wash basin and shower so as, eventually, to obtain hot water in the afternoon and evening because "the piping is old".
