“Ich glaubte ein Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht zu habrn, aber scheinbar ist im Portal nicht richtig übermittelt worden. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir dann nochmal den kompletten Preis bezahlen. Wer hier den fehler gemacht hat???? Das Hotel ist in 3 Gebäude aufgeteilt. Man muss sich jetzt im Herbst also warm anziehen um zum Frühstück (Standardbuffet) zu kommen. When we checked out the person claimed we owed them money for beverages we did not purchase. We tried to dispute it with no success. We were in a hurry so we simply left, Awful experience.”
