Mi razón por la que di 4 estrellas fue porque estaba hablando con mi familia y me tocaron la puerta de la habitación para que en la misma que yo pagué hablar me bajo y en ningún momento estaba gritando solo hablando pero al parecer no se puede hablar allí por lo demás todo fue muy bueno

It was clean, prepared, equipment present as expected and all items worked nicely without hiccups. Not having a microwave was a problem for me. The freezing pool was useless even though the temp outside was 90s for a week. I made a misstake with air travel dates and even though I asked for a correction within the hour,,,, they would not change the reservation. I paid for two days while staying one day. I would not go back.

Great location, Spotless clean, wonderful staff and very good breakfeast. What else could ask for ?

Clean rooms

Nice property. Across the street from the Moncloa Metro Terminal which made it very convenient for travel. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast in their restaurant was very good but cost 15 euros. It would have been nice if it was included.
