El hotel muy bien excepto que busque un hotel con piscina y para mi sopresa estaba no disponible. Creo que es conveniente poner en la pagina un comunicado que la piscina esta cerrada de tal fecha a tal fecha. Asi el cliente decide si quiere alojarse o no en ese hotel. Por lo demas si lo recomiendo.

Disappointing!

We had to change our plans at last minute because my husband broke his ankle so needed somewhere wheelchair friendly. The hotel boasts accessibility despite having no wheelchair parking and steps into reception making access impossible. The spa (which we were hoping to use) is also not accessible by wheelchair - and can only be booked for private sessions (of which only one at dinner time was available when we checked in). Very disappointing! The hotel itself is very pretty and the rooms in the new wing are attractive, if a little clinical - and the balconies and rails need a good scrub to rid them if bird poo. Really don't understand why the venue is rated as accessible but our main other comment is that the staff need to smile more 😁 and be a little helpful.

Perfecto para descansar.

Lamentablemente no pude disfrutar del calor y el sol porque el jardín , piscina y césped no estaban aún preparados para los clientes. Es un jardín increíble con un sonido constante de pájaros !! Daba pena tener que permanecer en las habitaciones sin poder tomar el sol y el calor exterior. Los pasillos de la primer planta mucho calor solo encienden el aire en la planta baja. Con el clima de la zona deberían regular los usos por temperatura y no depender si es Julio o Agosto para tener una reposera. El desayuno cuando está lleno es un poco caótico y con esos precios deberían tener jugos exprimidos ! La atención del Staff fue muy profesional, son amables y educados.
