“The property especially the rooms were quite dated. The beds are uncomfortable. The Fire Place is the only restaurant on site worth going to. The staff are great, especially Gretel, she was great.”

“This is not the place to bring children if they want to enjoy a pool or use resort facilities - the mixed use residential purpose of this complex whose older gentlemen owner residents- took it upon themselves each day of our four day stay - to go out of their way to attempt to make our stay miserable complaining about children being children playing in a pool in operational use hours, at no point where any of our children disruptive- but had security called multiple times during pool opening...

“Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern.”

“We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car.”

“Vista y diseño de la habitación espectacular”

“Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. “Great Stay!”

“The property was immaculate, clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all very nice. Location was perfect, just across the road from the tram, beach and shops close by. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea, Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was in the bathroom as well. It was very quiet at night when we slept as well. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer and will definitely book here when we return.”

“The hotel is very well located but the room is very dirty!”

“Needs carpet maintenance”

Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...
