“People are so polite and loving towards everyone they are top class people in this hotel cannot say enough about them. The help they do and run around just making everybody so happy and proud love staying at this place.”

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“We needed somewhere to stay and this place did the job option for late check out was there which was good and lots of good food options nearby. Staff were helpful and the room was decent and clean toilet and shower was also clean. Id rate it better than most basic big chain hotel brands”

“I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . ”

“Excellent overnight stay, lovely helpful staff (especially when we accidently locked ourselves out in the night). Did have an issue with the cleaner coming in despite paying extra for a late check out but this was apologised for sinse rally and even given another hour to get ourselves ready. Will be back next time I'm in Sheffield, for sure!”

“Nice place with friendly staff. Only thing stopping me giving it a 10 was the aircon unit kept coming on in the night, was faulty. However the room was clean, good location for the theatre with a nice bar and breakfast. If you’re driving make sure to stay in the car park nearby where you can get discount.”

“Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, habitación cómoda y de buen tamaño. La cama y almohadas cómodas. Baño con todo lo necesario y ducha grande con buena presión de agua. La habitación era bastante calurosa y sin aire acondicionado (información disponible al momento de reservar) pero si pides ventilador te lo llevan a la habitación y ayuda bastante. ”
