It’s fine for a quick stay but the basics aren’t taken care of so be prepared for some inconveniences along the way. This was my third stay and every single stay they never gave us toilet roll when it ran out. This time we went to reception to ask for some and still didn’t get given any sent to the room. The room had flies and spiders and bathroom not particularly clean. The restaurant and staff is good however- they cater well and are helpful and friendly.

Helpful Team Members: Staff proved attentive and informative, readily providing guidance whenever assistance was required. Breakfast Offerings: While breakfast quality was satisfactory, we encountered some disappointments—certain items my son preferred, such as chocolate spread, weren't restocked the following morning, and jam selections were depleted. Convenient Parking: The parking facilities were straightforward to access and navigate. Overall Impression: Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, with my children delighting in the swimming pool. The sauna and steam room amenities were available, though admittedly compact in size. Though I didn't have the opportunity to experience the spa services, they appeared exceptional, featuring premium products with delightful aromas. We appreciate your hospitality!

The staff was great and it’s a beautiful venue, unfortunately there was no AC, food at breakfast ran out, the noise level from dogs, other guest and parties was intolerable. Lastly, the spa sauna was broken and the hot tub as well.
