“Just received 2 parking fines despite the tablet to register on not working when I checked in and being assured this would be taken care of! So on top of a half made bed and the 40 minute wait in the restaurant during my stay and having to go elsewhere to eat I would say this was a disaster! To top it off no one appears to answer the phone or deal with anything related to customer service issues. Very disappointed”

“Very quiet and spacious. Sleep was great, with a good selection of pillows.”

“Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room.”

“Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest.”

“Very outdated and bed too small for 2 adults / broken in the middle”

“Centrally located with wonderful and helpful staff. Room good size but would not refer to the bed linen (sheet worn in places) or the toiletries as luxury as stated in the upgrade hence the lower rating! But good pleasant stay would stay again! I did not have food there so no comments regarding that.”
