“Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

“We stayed in Barley Cottage across the road from the hotel. It was fantastic for the 4 of us that stayed there. Staff are very attentive. The food in the hotel was excellent. “Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. Gracias a eso la puntuación no es menor pero el inconveniente le sufrimos y lo peor de todo no fue que ganarán dinero vendiendo una habitacion reservada sino que si no hubiéramos ido nos la hubieran...
